At Maze Counselling Services we understand that coming into a counselling room for the first time is daunting.
We pride ourselves on being non-judgmental and empathetic towards our clients at all times.
We understand that exploring thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours can be difficult and painful. Yet, we are aware that given the space to explore these issues is what leads our clients on to change, and to happier and more positive futures.

We are highly skilled in Person-Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Motivational Interviewing amongst others.
